Leaders get vision from God, from seeing needs, from feeling the
possibilities or the pain of others. They also get it from their
team as they see their team experiencing the dream and voicing the
dream. Tonight we had our second FUEL, our High Octane Leadership
Community and it was powerful to me. I look around and see the
leaders in the room, passionate people who are the evidence that GR
is a people of destiny and my vision and passion spike. Leaders get
fueled with vision when they are with other leaders who are
passionate, visionary, dedicated and willing to lay it on the line.
From me to all of you at FUEL tonight, thanks. You stirred my heart.

Hi
Ken,
Just saw that you had a blog and really enjoyed reading everything;
especially the information about getting older. Age is not something
too many women are excited about, however it's inspiring to know that
we can continue our never-ending journey in personal growth with our
lord. That keeps me feeling young. On a side note, I was unable to
attend last Sunday and sorry to have missed FUEL. Ironically enough, I
was out of town at a leadership development seminar where I was able to
get fed great information which is right in line with what you're
teaching with FUEL. It's amazing how God works in our lives and has
directed me to Grace River. Your vision for GR and the community is
exactly what I've been searching for, especially the fact that you look
at your whole congregation as one team. I'm very passionate about
striving to live a life of excellence through God's word and being able
to become salt in the world, starting with our very own homes, then
community. After persistent prayer in finding a home church, God led me
to GR. I'm so very thankful for how your messages challenge us to apply
God's word in our lives. Faith comes from, not only hearing, but doing
what God says! I look forward to seeing the growth of GR and am excited
to be a small part of spreading the word to others. God Bless.
